![]() Thank you for taking the time to here my issue. ![]() I hope I can get any information based of the expertise of others here. I checked the information prompt and it states that the name of the display device is Microsoft Basic Display Adapter while my HDMI is connected to the GPU and still displaying. Then just today I realize the GPU was not identified. Whether this was a GPU problem or PSU problem. Installed the latest AMD chipset driver and Ryzen Master from the official AMD website. Again hard reboot, automatic repair, then safe mode and DDU (I used the AMD Cleanup Utility a number of times too, independent of DDU, of course). The only solution is booting into Safe Mode. Tried to reboot, but got the system crash again immediately before OS loading. Then Windows won't boot up, as the system gets stuck in a black screen. Everytime I attemp to the install the latest AMD Radeon driver on my laptop, the system freezes usually at 44 and I have to force a shutdown. I then uninstall a second time and every attempt of reinstalling it causes the PC to crash. Dell Inspiron 15R-5537 System freezes during installation of Radeon drivers. However, after being reinstalling a newer version of the drivers/software for the GPU my frames in different games began to act up. I was able to eliminate the problem by uninstalling the Radeon Software that was originally installed from my PC and rid of Recently there were many issues in regards to bad imaging over many programs, games and applications that gave me the error sign.
